I am a mom to a very special Rottie called Gabriel, a daughter, a friend to a few incredible women and a partner to my higher self. I am always striving to transform my former self. My previous career was in teaching and performing in ballet and contemporary. Dancing is my stress release and one of my greatest joys in life. Living a wholesome, peaceful and healthy holistic life is something that I most value.

My diverse training across various modalities, coupled with my personal journey, has given me deep insights into working with individuals who are living with daily pain and suffering. My expertise lies in fibromyalgia pain and symptom recovery, a field I am particularly passionate about due to my own experiences. Additionally, I have enriched my knowledge base through my work as a health researcher where I completed my masters in chronic pain.

My approach to healing fibromyalgia is grounded in a profound belief: your body has an innate wisdom and natural capacity to heal. As your guide on this journey, I combine evidence-based mind-body techniques with compassionate, person-centered coaching to help you tap into your own healing potential. I understand fibromyalgia as a mind-body syndrome—a pattern of neural pathways that can be rewired, not a permanent condition you must manage forever.
Through my 6-stage Holistic Healing model, we work together to uncover and address the root causes of your pain and symptoms using powerful approaches like Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotion Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), narrative therapy, purpose-finding techniques, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Rather than just treating symptoms, we focus on rewiring the brain's pain pathways, processing stored emotions, restoring the mind-body connection, and getting to know the magnificent YOU within.
My role isn't to "fix" you—instead, I walk alongside you and guide you to go within and deal with the main triggers behind your condition. I will help you recognize your patterns, behaviors, and triggers and teach you to access your own healing resources.
Drawing from my background as a mental health counsellor and my personal journey of fibromyalgia recovery, I create a safe, nurturing space where transformation can unfold naturally. Through group coaching, well designed recovery courses, and practice tasks, we'll move beyond the limitations of just managing your symptoms toward true healing, taking back your life, and living with purpose.
