I am a certified health and wellbeing, neuroplasticity coach, a counsellor, and health researcher. My area of specialization is in chronic pain, mind-body syndromes, psychology, health and wellbeing coaching and mental health counselling, psychoneuroimmunology and especially fibromyalgia. My diverse training across various modalities, coupled with my personal journey, has given me deep insights into working with individuals who are living with daily pain and suffering. My approach to healing fibromyalgia and related mind-body syndromes (MBS) is built on a core belief: your body holds an innate wisdom and a natural ability to heal when it’s given the right tools, education, and encouragement. As your guide, I combine evidence-based mind-body techniques with compassionate, person-centered coaching to help you unlock this healing potential. I see fibromyalgia not as a lifelong sentence, but as a mind-body syndrome—a pattern of learned neural pathways that can be rewired, and a reservoir of suppressed emotions ready to be safely released.
Using my 5-Pillar Holistic Healing model, we’ll work together to uncover and address the true drivers of your pain and symptoms. You’ll learn powerful approaches such as Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), narrative therapy, mindfulness practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other methods that were instrumental in my own recovery. Our focus goes beyond symptom relief—we’ll retrain your brain’s pain pathways, release stored emotional tension, rebuild the mind-body connection, and help you rediscover the remarkable YOU that’s always been there.
My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you explore the real triggers behind your neuroplastic pain—something I will teach you to fully understand. I’ll help you identify patterns, behaviors, and emotional cues that keep the cycle going, while guiding you through a variety of practical tools and targeted education on what’s happening inside your mind, brain, and body. This knowledge empowers you to shift from feeling at the mercy of your symptoms to actively leading your own recovery.
With my background as a mental health counsellor and health coach—and my lived experience of both recovering from fibromyalgia and learning to rise again after relapse—I offer a safe, nurturing space where transformation can take root. Through individual and group coaching, carefully designed mind-body programs, and purposeful practice, we’ll move beyond symptom management toward lasting healing, a reclaimed life, and living with meaning. Without purpose, we drift like a ship without a compass. My aim is to help you heal so that you can connect to your purpose and uncover the light on your horizon, even if pain and suffering have made it hard to see.
